 (NOTE: check calendar on a regular basis — scheduled events are subject to change)

Meetings will have a new format effective September 10:

7 pm to 7:30 pm, will work on Tenderfoot-2nd Class-1st Class requirements or Merit Badge requirements as needed (only those who need to work on scheduled activities need to attend, but everyone is always welcome.)

7:30 to 8:30 pm, regular Troop meeting (all Troop members to attend)

July 12 PLC Planning Meeting for 2008-09

         Patrol Leaders

Location: Dougherty Home

Arrive at Scout House 9:30 a.m.
Depart for Dougherty's at 9:45 a.m.

Topic:
This is a very important meeting for the PLC as they will be deciding what activities the troop should do for the coming scouting year. (They will be using the feedback gathered during one of the June Troop meetings.)

We really need all patrols represented so I'd like to see as many as possible of the boys on the PLC there. - Dave C.

Lunch: BBQ
          Burgers and Brats provided by the Dougherty's
          Side Dishes and drinks provided by attendees
           (if you haven't already, please let
            Heather Dougherty know what
            you will be bringing)

Return to Scout House approximately 1:15 p.m.
