Thorns & Roses

Thorns: Cold, windy, improper clothing, Daniel doing a face plant at a Night Mission station

Roses: Night Missions (realistic, fun); Scout's enthusiasm for camp/gate design; imagination (see Windy Weekend pictures below); scouts displayed potential for Eagle; camaraderie; teamwork; Daniel doing a face plant at a Night Mission station (one man's thorn, another man's rose)

A special thank you to the older scouts for their leadership. You made it a great experience for the younger scouts through teaching skills, showing patience, having fun, providing positive and constructive feedback, and more. You were the type of role model parents hope their scouts become.
